How quickly will my order arrive?
We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched (if you have included your email address when ordering). We aim to dispatch the same day on orders that are received by midday, although at busy times this is not always possible. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose. The number of days we aim to deliver in is calculated in weekdays.
While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one working day and following an adverse weather event may be delayed for a few days. Time is not of the essence, however we will endeavour to contact you if there is a delay as soon as we are aware.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the courier website if they offer this service. You will only receive a tracking number if the carrier provides this service - otherwise you can contact us and we can follow up on your behalf.
What days will my order be delivered on?
Royal Mail Mon-Sat & most UK couriers deliver between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, Hermes Mon-Sat 08:00-21:00.
Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes, except for 'Royal Mail - Large Letter' deliveries.
Special delivery instructions
If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, please include them in the ‘special instructions’ section at the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund.

You are able to collect your order from our premises by using the discount code LOCALPU at checkout. At this point delivery charges will be removed. You can collect your order from:

How carefully is my order packaged?
We take great care in packaging your order, using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01626 358 700 or email us at email@example.com. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.
In most cases of damaged deliveries, we will refund the cost of posting the item back to us. Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
Xmas Posting Dates 2018
We will be closed between 19th December 2018 and 2nd January 2019. Last posting dates for Christmas:
2nd Class option - 14th December
1st Class or Next Day option - 17th December
Any orders posted after these dates may not arrive until after Christmas, and any orders made after the 18th December will not be shipped until 2nd January 2019.
